The landscape of the health and wellness space has changed quite a bit since I started my business eight years ago, so I would have to approach things a little differently. I’ve been thinking about this a lot and came up with five things I would do to kickstart my business if I were starting fresh in 2023.

I would put a high focus on helping customers get results with your products or programs. Providing results is the number one thing businesses need to prioritize. Yes, you want to make sales, but you need to show your customers that you are able to help them reach their goals. Build a community, online or in person. Genuine connection will help you grow your business. Don’t be afraid to take your connections to the next level.
Leverage Facebook and Instagram
Online businesses need to take advantage of social media to target people who might benefit from your product or services, particularly through Facebook. It’s not about spamming people, it’s about connecting with people you feel you could help. Find your niche on Instagram. This is the best way to move people from a cold market to a warm market.
Blinders Can Be Good
I would put my blinders on to a certain degree and not let things overwhelm me. There can be a lot of noise, but sometimes you just have to get your own priorities straight, trust your plan, and go for it. You will have to go through trial and error to figure things out, but don’t let someone else’s idea of what you should be doing come in the way of you going for your goals.
