Over time, I became increasingly interested in how leaders sustain clarity, energy, and direction as responsibilities grow. That curiosity led me deeper into the study of high performance, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness — not through dramatic change, but through small shifts that built momentum over time.
Today, I support directors, founders, and senior leaders as their roles expand from personal execution into leading through others.
