Over time, I became increasingly interested in how leaders sustain clarity, energy, and direction as responsibilities grow. That curiosity led me deeper into the study of high performance, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness — not through dramatic change, but through small shifts that built momentum over time.
Today, I support directors, founders, and senior leaders as their roles expand from personal execution into leading through others. My work focuses on helping leaders clarify priorities, strengthen decision ownership across teams, and move meaningful work forward with greater alignment and momentum.
