My Morning Routine As A Mom of 3

Have you ever heard of STACKING DAYS? I heard it recently and it really stuck with me!

It’s the idea of giving each day your very best! Getting to the end of the day and going, “I gave that day my all.”

When you have habits in place (like a morning routine) that help you win, keep doing them! You know what you need to do, so just do it one day at a time.

Keep repeating the behaviors that are causing you to win with great intention. Stack days and you win at very high levels.

Good, right?? 🔥🔥

Stack the next tomorrow, and the next one, and the next one.

My fear is that you get all jacked up for the new year and then you get into a couple weeks of “normal life” and you lose that feeling.

Here to help you with your OWN winning behaviors again and again. Not perfect, but consistent. Consistency wins! Win the days, you win the week, and you ultimately win your year!
