Today’s episode is all about time, how we view it, and how to switch up our viewpoints on it so that we start using it to level up. Time can be a tricky topic, and something can seem hard to manage, but with the right mindset, we can change the way we use the time that we have. It’s up to us to take control and start seizing opportunities.
02:38 Intentional Time
07:24 Start Now
11:33 Take Control
It can feel like life is really busy and we don’t have a lot of extra time in our days. The thing is, the average American scrolls mindlessly on their phones around two hours a day. We need to start getting intentional about our time and drop the things that aren’t serving us. It may feel like you are going to pack in more in an already full day, but you’re not. You’re simply replacing empty time with things that are going to help you grow. Be more of a creator versus a consumer.
Life is busy, and there’s always going to be stuff going on. You need to lean into the chaos and embrace it. Don’t let it be the reason that’s holding you back. Stop waiting and start doing. Waiting may make you feel safe and secure, but it’s only hurting you in the long run. Start building your future now. Get out there and do the real work.
Only you can control the energy you have in the day. Circumstances can change, but it’s up to you to motivate yourself and move forward with passion. Your energy can change the way you approach things and get things done. Find the purpose and meaning behind the effort you put in. Commit to yourself and the process. Be all in for the things that matter to you.
