Healthy Busy Mom Series: Working Out with Littles

This is the third episode of a 4 part series (you can listen in any order!) on specific habits for busy moms of littles — Working Out with Littles.

In this episode, I break down how I go about setting myself up for success with a solid workout, even when my littles are around!

I also share about the language I make sure to use to set a positive example to raise strong & confident daughters.

Do I prefer to do a workout solo? Absolutely!  Does it always happen like that? Nope! :). Remember – Anything is better than nothing and every rep counts!

I share specifics on how I get everyone in the mindset of “we are going to do a workout” and ideally prevent too many distractions!

I hope this series gives you some good takeaways that you can go apply into your own life, too!
