I also share about the language I make sure to use to set a positive example to raise strong & confident daughters.
Do I prefer to do a workout solo? Absolutely! Does it always happen like that? Nope! :). Remember – Anything is better than nothing and every rep counts!
I share specifics on how I get everyone in the mindset of “we are going to do a workout” and ideally prevent too many distractions!
