Sleep Routines for Your Littles – Myths & Tips with Sleep Consultant Kendra Mueller

In this episode, I chat about the important topic of sleep and sleep routines for our littles with Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, Kendra Mueller.  I worked firsthand with Kendra when my toddler was waking during the night, and we were TIRED!  We needed help and guidance, and I have learned so much from Kendra around sleep as it relates to our children.  I know you will too!

Sleep is an important need for both busy moms and our children, and it’s hard to function at our best when we are running on ‘E’ from lack of sleep.

New moms can face a lot of fear like “you’ll never sleep again!”, and Kendra gives parents confidence and sleep methods that work best for each family.

We talk through common myths around sleep training and “cry it out”.  Kendra shares her expertise on boundary setting with sleep, expectations, and helps simplify what can feel like an otherwise overwhelming topic.
