I believe there are seasons for rest and seasons for hustle.
You have to slow down to go fast, and rest + recovery goes hand in hand with being a high performer. Knowing when to be intentional about flipping the switch is important!
I also believe that there are seasons or moments that require rolling up our sleeves and getting the hard work accomplished. These are the seasons that can be uncomfortable, but they’re also the ones that set us up for growth.
