Breaking Through Your Biggest Fears With Starting Something New

In this episode, I talk through the specific fears I hear from others when starting something new.  It’s amazing to me how similar all our fears are, and they usually boil down to:

“I’m worried about what others will think” (please refer back to Episode 8 for this entire topic!)

“I’m worried I won’t be good at it” – you’re right, you won’t be good at it in the beginning! As you take action and fail forward, you will get better and better.

And….

“Who will join me?”

“I don’t want to be salesy.”

“I’m worried about social media.”

“I’m not far enough on my own journey yet.”

I talk candidly through all these fears, and my hope is that this leaves you more courageous, empowered, and inspired to take action THROUGH the fears.  Action creates confidence (not the other way around!). You are not alone in these fears, and you have what you need within you, it just takes time and consistency in moving through them.
