The Power Of Part Time

In today’s solo episode, I talk about my beginnings with coaching and how, no matter your circumstances, you can chase multiple things if that’s what you want. There’s a big misconception about working full time and sticking to that and that alone. I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to be so limited. You have the power to live your life, doing what you want, in multiple ways.

Options       

I was working a full time, corporate position when I started focusing on wellness options. I knew that I wanted to help others lead happier, healthier lives. For a while, I worked both my full time corporate job and started coaching. I’m here to let you know that you CAN do multiple things if you truly want to. Whatever you decide to do, just make sure you give your full self to everything.  

Support          

Keeping an open mind and having other ventures provides support and security. You don’t have to rely on one job and one stream of income. It’s possible to do additional things, and you’ll appreciate the long term results of what doing something else can provide. You’ll also notice that your driving force behind your different workloads will enhance and support one another.      

Passion       

I believe humans are multi-passionate and that we shouldn’t limit ourselves because it’s the norm of society. Doing multiple things will drive you forward and give you a bigger sense of fulfillment. You’ll feel really good doing the things that excite you and feel more confident in your everyday life.    

Balance        

The key to managing a busy schedule and wearing many hats is balance and boundaries. Put time in where you need to, but don’t let it overflow into other areas of your life. Shift and move as necessary and make adjustments along the way. Things don’t always have to stay the same, grab opportunity when you have it.
