Shortly after getting her degree, she became a mom and knew she wanted to pursue her dream of helping other moms through pregnancy and beyond. She speaks on the challenges that came with parenting and running a business, along with all the positives of being able to do both.

You don’t have to approach things as all or nothing scenarios. You’ll have good days and bad days, all of which will be worth it if you are chasing your goals and dreams. Have fun on the journey and take time to enjoy the ride. Find what motivates you, go for it, and blend it with the goals and dreams with the people in your life for an even larger picture.

Top Tips for Expecting Moms             

Make sure to exercise if there are no medical reasons stopping you from doing so, when mom moves, baby moves, so get moving in a way that’s safe and effective. Focus on a healthy, nutritious diet of whole foods. Pay attention to your mental health, make sure you take care of both your body and your mind. Do your research, stay informed, and come up with a birth plan that works best for you.
