Healthy Busy Mom Series: Breaking the “All In All Out” Mentality

This is the second episode of a 4 part series (you can listen in any order!) on specific habits for busy moms of littles — Breaking the “All In All Out” Mentality.

I share about breaking up with the mindset that a routine has to be perfect.  Remember: Anything is better than nothing! I share about how you can sustain a healthy routine even when you might be working through fragmented sleep (#momlife!!), sick kiddos, and when it just feels like a rollercoaster sometimes.

It’s about giving ourself grace in the crazy seasons AND learning to celebrate the small wins, because the small wins turn into the big wins!

I hope this series gives you some good takeaways that you can go apply into your own life, too!

Remember – when mom gets better, the whole family gets better!
