Grit & Gratitude in Every Step of Your Journey

Grit and Gratitude

In this episode, I talk through 3 key areas of my journey where I’ve learned the importance of both grit AND gratitude.I share about coming out of my over-exercise addiction and how I found peace and gratitude overcoming that season of my life. I discuss breaking the all in/all out mentality and how got gritty to create consistent habits while being grateful for the bigger process that was happening around me. And I share about the importance of grit and gratitude on the journey of motherhood – probably the area where I’ve learned the most about grit + gratitude as compliments in my life.  So much grace needed as a mom!

I look at Nov-Dec as an opportunity to be in control and feel GOOD throughout the holiday season… To create more joy for yourself, more energy, and appreciate the gatherings and family time beyond just food or indulging.  We can take care of ourselves or let healthy habits slide.
